The hotel boasts beautiful gardens with unique pathways.
Unfortunately, my room's air-conditioning was not functioning , causing an uncomfortable heat. I found the reception staff unaccommodating when I requested the shuttle service for an earlier time. The hotel's location requires navigating several stairs, which proved challenging, especially while carrying baggage.

Packed with surprises, Good and Bad
The hotel features fine grounds, two beautiful pools, and a awesome breakfast selection. The staff is accommodating, helping with excursions and providing a friendly atmosphere throughout my stay.
Inconsistent Wi-Fi connectivity affected my ability to stay connected. The noise insulation between rooms was poor.

See view was great and swimming pools were nice. Though pools were relatively shallow and thermal - suitable only for relaxation.
Staff was arrogant and service was not satisfactory. View from garden side rooms might be dissapointing.

The position is very good and so are the views. The rooms are clean and well maintained.
The quality of the food as well as the services of the waiters is very, very poor. Definitely not the service one would expect from a 4 star hotel.

Locationand views were stunning. The staff could'nt be more helpful. Lovely attitude to children.
Breakfast not varied enough. Would have liked something cooked and thought a hotel at this level could have offered a cooked breakfast.

The views were unreal! 🌅 We enjoyed the delicious breakfast and the friendly staff made our stay special. Minor drawback, the top pool area could use some TLC with a few holes in the tiles.

A very nice garden and sea view. Only 20 min by foot to the center.
I paid for a double room, 20qm, for a single use and when I arrived at the hotel, it was offered to me a single room, ca. 7 qm. The staff on the reception is unfriendly. The service in the restaurant of the hotel is very very poor.

Excellent and very helpful staff, delicious food, pleasant and relaxed atmosphere. Also it was extremely useful that the hotel sold tickets for thermal parks, buses, etc.
Very noisy cleaners, who stored their cleaning supplies in the room next door and tended to have lengthy chats early in the morning.
